Mint- Mentha Spp
Last summer, a friend of mine sprained her ankle and it swelled up badly. The goal at the moment was to reduce the swelling because, the swelling did not improve after a few days. In fact, the foot injury started to appear edematous. So, I made a salve of made of herb ingredients, mainly mint oil and menthol crystals. After moments of hesitation, I deeply massaged the ankle with the mint salve. Although my friend screamed into her pillow, she enjoyed how cooling the salve was. After the massage, she asked for the slave to use on her ankle. Few days later, she called thanking me for the salve. It saved her from a massive hospital bill. In addition to soothing an upset stomach or indigestion, and making a great candy treat, mint has a calming effect that relaxes tense muscles and helps control inflammation.
